Campus Recreation Office, which was established with the decision of Eskişehir Technical University Senate dated September 7, 2021 and 25/1; In line with the university's vision, mission and strategic goals, as well as their wishes and expectations; In order to protect the mental and physical health of students and employees, to carry out educational studies that support their professional skills, it plans, organizes, puts into practice social, cultural, artistic and sportive activities based on entertainment and supports the activities of other units.
In line with this main purpose, the sub-objectives of the office are as follows;
To carry out needs determination studies for the planning of social, cultural, artistic and sportive activities based on leisure and entertainment,
Planning and realizing leisure-based social, cultural, artistic and sportive activities based on the identified needs,
To support recreational-based artistic, cultural and sportive activities organized by other units at the university,
To support activities for the social, cultural, sportive and recreational improvement of the university campus,
To make suggestions to increase leisure time activities, to organize activities in this context, to monitor and evaluate their outputs,
To support the dissemination of employee and student happiness and mental and physical well-being approach within the institution,
To organize activities (panels, seminars, workshops, congresses, conferences, competitions, etc.) on the mental and physical well-being of students and employees and to support the activities of clubs/units that will operate in these areas.
